Ready to get a “taste” of the food in Jefferson? Well, now’s your chance!
The Annual Taste of Jefferson is set for Sunday afternoon from Noon to 3p in downtown Jefferson.
The event is a little more compact than in years past, occupying the block of Austin Street between Polk and Vale streets, but the goodies are all there and ready to serve.
Ticket prices this year are also a little different, sold “carnival style.” This means, you can walk around, figure out what you want to try, then purchase tickets, $1 each, and come back. If you want to try something again, “fork over” another ticket.
There are 14 Jefferson merchants participating this year, so the event will be a great way to sample, and then plan your next dining experience in Jefferson.
